

Niobium ribbon is characterized by its high melting point, low neutron cross section, excellent resistance to liquid metal corrosion, and superconducting properties.

Nb Ti/Cu superconducting wire armor layer → magnetic field uniformity improvement<1 ppm/cm ³.
2、 Aerospace high-temperature structural components
1. Ion thruster gate assembly
0.1mm ultra-thin niobium strip undergoes laser etching and is resistant to xenon ion sputtering, with a lifespan of over 30000 hours and a thermal expansion coefficient of 7.3 × 10 ⁻⁶/K.
2. Nuclear thermal rocket core cladding
Nb-10Hf alloy strip wrapped fuel channel → able to withstand 2200 ℃ hydrogen environment+15MPa pressure, neutron irradiation swelling rate<0.2%.
3、 Advanced nuclear energy system
Lead cooled fast reactor fuel cladding: anti liquid lead bismuth corrosion layer, corrosion rate<0.01 mm/year;
Control rod guide groove for molten salt reactor: Nb-1Zr strip cold-formed, with elongation maintained at>18% after irradiation at 650 ℃.

Deposition of DRAM capacitor electrode → dielectric constant increase of ε>300
2. Wafer manufacturing fixture
0.8mm heat-treated niobium strip → high temperature deformation rate<5 × 10 ⁻⁶/℃

1. Sodium sulfur battery current collector
0.2mm surface niobium nitride strip → increased resistance to molten sulfur corrosion by 20 times, battery cycle life>6000 times;
2. Perovskite solar cells
Transparent conductive oxide substrate → transmittance>85%+resistivity<10 ⁻⁴Ω· cm
